Pray!

This October will be one year that our documents arrived in Ethiopia. We were hoping that we would have a referral by now. However, even though there were a flood of children that entered the orphanages this summer, the documents on these children have been very slow to get completed. We have been told from our case worker that there are several children waiting , but that there is a mjor shortage of social workers right now to complete documents on the individual children. In one paticular place "Soddo"they are busting at the seems with only one social worker able to work on documents. As a result, there are not the referrals that we had all hoped for. Cwa is calling us all to pray for this process and that we would ask God to move mountains in expectation that he will. We are not discouraged at this time as we knew to expect challenges and setbacks. However, knowing that our daughter is born and in the orphanage is hard to think about. They are unable to give us any info until they have the documents in their hands and completed. Please pray with us for our daughter and all of the other children that are waiting to be loved and with their families. We are confident that God is still in control of our adoption and he is preparing our family in every way to be ready for her arrival.
